Room was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable chair with ottoman. Nice hot shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispenser. Hand soap and lotion dispenser by sink. Could have stayed comfortably all week.

It was ok I guess. I booked an accessible room. I was promised grab bar meat toilet. I was promised a higher toilet. I was promised a lower counter. The bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom with a child sized toilet. By the time I was settled in and looked at the bathroom I was too tired to call the desk another thing. If I had a problem, I had to find their number and call using my cell phone. The room phone gave no indication for calling front desk. The so called breakfast was pastry and coffee.

Nice hotel

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious.Unfortunately, they did not tell me they were charging my card A hold fee. Which is very frustrating since i did not have the extra money.and now my account is overdrawn. Since the money was for car insurance. Also I could not get in my room At check in. because the keys would not work in the door. I had to go back downstairs two times for her to change my keys. While my boyfriend was sitting at the door with all of our things. Since we couldn't ever get keys to work we had to change rooms.

Probably better off at a different property

Not very clean. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room had been cleaned, but I found hairs in the bed. I also saw a cockroach in the kitchen space.

The employees were super friendly and helpful. Communication was good during a thermostat replacement but nothing when water was shut off. Nice kitchen and very safe, walkable (with my dog) in nicely lit area.
