We booked 5 nights at Level and were looking forward to it. Before arriving, I called the hotel directly to confirm our reservation and room type (I read that others had issues not being given the room type they specifically reserved and paid for) in addition to sending a message through the portal. They assured me they had our room reserved. Upon arrival at 9:30PM, we were told they did not have our room type and we could have one room but would need to check out the next morning at 11AM and wait until 4PM to check into the new room. When I explained that this was extremely inconvenient, the gentleman working the desk became rude and agitated. He was very dismissive and stated that airlines overbook their flights all the time. He expected us to be grateful that for 13 hours, we would have a bigger room that we originally requested. We really just wanted the room we selected, reserved, and confirmed. Service continued to be hhit or miss throughout our stay. There were two people in particular who were great - a young lady with braces and a gentleman who checked us out on our last day. While the amenities were nice, overall we do not recommend you stay here if you value peace of mind, because arriving to be told they don't have your reservation can cause unnecessary stress. Other guests had similar bad experiences. We typically stay at another hotel, and will go back there. It doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation to honor a reservation that was booked in advance.

First the good - The one staff member we interacted with at the desk was very pleasant and kind. The room was large and had a large patio off the back into a courtyard. Now the meh to bad - Not a typical hotel. No bar, room service, or restaurant on site. Elevators are slow to arrive and when they do, it takes forever for the doors to close. Door to our room would shut HARD on you as you leave. I was simultaneously struck by the handle on my hip (bruised) and shoulder. I am a sturdy guy and the force behind the door shutting was surprising. There was NO hot water in the shower at 6am. Electrical socket in the bathroom did not work. TV in the living area is smallish and tucked in the corner and only viewable from 1 side of the couch. I might recommend for a short "residency" due to the room but not for a vacation or anything shorter than a week. (pending they fix the lack of warm water)

Room was spotless and super comfortable! The view was absolutely amazing, and the sauna room was definitely needed! Went away for the night just to relax and decompress, and this did the job! The staff was super friendly, check-in and parking was a breeze, and I definitely didn’t want to leave! 10/10 experience.

The room was clean and so as the facility. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Amenities are great we love and enjoyed it. The only thing is the pool area are very slippery and the exhaust fan in our room’s kitchen is not working. But we would love to comeback soon.

Indoor 24hr pool and spa area. 2 other pools out doors, 7am to 10pm. Fantastic gym, free yoga class 10am Saturday morning. Massive gym. Great for a girls healthy weekend. Bed was very comfortable, room had a kitchenette, room was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Whole foods just around the corner, and some great cafes for coffee and pastries. 22 minute walk to Pikes Place Market.
