Pike Market Place was walking distance from the Hotel. You have plenty of dining options at the market place and on your way to market place. Plenty of shops nearby. I felt safe walking around after sunset. It was perfect place to stay the day before my cruise.

Lovely breakfast. My only irritation is that when we checked in, the room was not ready. We were early, but they promised to give us a call or text when the room is ready. We never got our call. We just had to show up to get the room. Communication could have been better

Tiny bathroom, rooms and property didn’t feel updated, had to take cold shower on last day because they were doing maintenance and didn’t inform us hot water would be shut off, walls paper thin, didn’t have water available downstairs after first night because they “ran out of cups” and I guess couldn’t find any for 3 days? Gem of a hotel

Great food at Oliver’s. The gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. The decor may be dated 1980s-1990s, but clean and in great condition, and we loved it. It’s a gem of a hotel in a perfect location.

Building is beautiful but overpriced. At the rate I paid, I would have expected a food voucher for breakfast. When I asked questions/directions about sights and transportation, the staff could not answer them. When you work in a tourist area, you should have info available about your city. The reason I chose this hotel was because of its location to sights and easy access to public transportation. They did at least have a map so I could try to navigate my way to places.
