The staff was friendly. The location was very convenient for downtown activities. The area was a bit rough in the evenings. There was not a lot of noise inside the hotel; however, the noise carried into our room from the outside.

Gorgeous historic hotel right in the centre of everything. Easy walk to shops, pike place and monorail station . Very friendly and obliging staff. Rooms perhaps a little dated but still a charming place to stay.
