Didn’t know about the $100 CASH ONLY deposit until I got to the front desk to check in. Shuttle to the airport only runs during certain hours. The whole reason I booked there was so I could have a shuttle to the airport for my flight And I wasn’t able to. Very misleading

Extremely unhelpful. Fan was incredibly loud and could not turn off. Screeching loud. Staff was no help at all. The place was gross.
