the ac was on in our room so it was so cold. the bed is small and very thin and there were small and thin blankets too. two pillows only. it was kind of what you expect from a motel six but it was fine for a last minute crash spot

The room i was given had a issue with shower that wouldn't turn off so wet in bathroom and running (noise) till 4am when they finally showed up to try fixing t. Only to say ii couldn't use it to shower if i stayed in the room... So was asked to switch rooms at 415am repack my belongings and move rooms. No rest. Absolutely ridiculous i was charged and they said if i booked with them rather than online I would not have been charged. Please confirm if that is correct. They were nice but could have gave me a different room when i told the front desk about the loud running water that literally could not be stopped or turned off instead of some guy coming in to look at it while im still in bed at 4am. I asked again at 10am about compensation and they said they couldn't refund due to booking through 3rd party.

Reduced one star on property condition and facilities only because of an apparent issue with a past employee they are currently (and hopefully temporarily) having to keep the lobby area closed off, which I’m not a huge fan of. (I can understand on the overnight shift on keeping it closed) other then that fantastic stay as always.

Think you pay more for a little less. There are also too manybroom options and every option is $10 on up., maybe this is a mistake of mine but i think every room shoukd have mini fridge. It dhoukd nt take reading the fine print to figure out, microwave also but not necessarily a have to have. But if your not careful you may just pick the wrong room out of the 10 choices you have and end up without a microwave. . So becarefull when you see room advertised for &52, $54 anight , remember there are 5,6,7 more choices that accoidate your needs . For every room option they have a replica with or without microbsnd refer.

Great staff at the front desk... the non smoking room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky everything was plain... but this is expected for the price... what is not acceptable is sticky floors and non smoking rooms smelling like smoking rooms...

AVOID! When I arrived at this Motel 6 the young lady who checked me in made me feel unwelcome -- She didn't say "Hello, How can I help you?" or " Hello - Checking in?" -- She simply looked at me sullenly and said " ..Yes?" .. She made me feel ABSOLUTELY unwelcome and also made me feel like I was bothering her -- She did allow me tp check in an hour early which was nice of her -- But after traveling and flying and Ubering to get to a hotel.or motel one should expect at THE LEAST, professionalism.and courtesy -- ALSO the reception door is locked 24/7 -- so zero access to the clearly visible coffee machine in the lobby, which up until I checked into this less than fantastic location was always available to guests at all the other Motel 6's I've stayed at over many years.

Headaches

The room was great. Fees for a tiny dog that causes no harm what so ever, are a little crazy, but we got that handled. Also, trying to extend our stay thru a 3rd party app, was a headache as well. Motels cant just call each other to confirm situations? Nope, things can never be that easy for me.
