This is a roomy open ( No closed door ) one bedroom or studio luxury condo in a desirable building with a pool, spa, club room and view deck. Parking space included!

It is located in the heart of Belltown steps away from art, dining and bars, & only a short walk to the Pike Place Market, Waterfront and Seattle Center.

The best feature of this luxury condo is the location. You will be smack dab in the middle of everything. The condo is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and art.. The kitchen is fully equipped for light meal prep. The linens are all cotton as is the down duvet comforter cover

You will have access to the pool, gym and rooftop deck with a Puget Sound view.

There is not self checkin available. You will be met by a greeter and be taken on a quick tour of the buildingThere is a portable air conditioner that will be set up from March to October. The unit is on the fourth floor and on weekend nights there will be club sounds from the nearby bars and restaurants.
The parking spaces are small and will fit a standard size car. It must fit between the white lines and not protrude into the car traffic area. The Max height of the vehicle allowed is 6’4”

Because the greeting is required, no one will be admitted to the building after 11pm unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a flight delay, and then only between 11 and midnight. There will be a 25.00 fee in this situation
The condo HOA requires an in-person check in. You will be greeted by the host, given a tour of the building amenities, and review the HOA guidelines for the building.

Your greeter will contact you within 3-5 days of your reservation. Please provide your greeter with an ETA and keep in communication with them as you arrive in the city so they can meet you. Greeters do not live on-site and can sometimes coordinate several greetings in one day.

We understand that travel plans can change and remain flexible in those circumstances, we just ask that our guests communicate through the travel process with updates. Thank you!

We can accommodate late night check-in`s after 11pm for an additional $50 flat fee.
