The staff (especially Tania) at reception were excellent. They went way above and beyond just duty. They also made check-in pleasant and the surrounding decor felt homily [home away from home]. The stay was made easy as we were helped with maps of Seattle and suggested transportation options to get around the city. The complimentary breakfast was very good enough to start the day. The variety of breakfast options must be commended. Thank you, Quality Inn SeaTac!

Other than giving me a key for an occupied room, staff and service were great. Convenient as it was close to the airport. The best part of the discount hotel was the hot breakfast! Many options, my family and I left full!!!

The staff was the most friendly and helpful, thanks yall. It’s a good stop in you want a close stay to the airport, beds are super soft, breakfast was good nothing special and they offer shuttle to the airport that only about a 5 -10 minute drive ,

The staff were very friendly and there for our needs. The hotel does look like an upgrade is needed. I couldn't really sleep that night as there were noise like people walking the halls and upstairs people were constantly dropping items.
