It's a roof over your head, I guess.

Toilet wouldn't flush right. Shower ran out of hot water halfway through after being hotter than the hinges of hell itself. Bed was ok to sit on but not very comfortable to sleep on, woke up sore both mornings. The hallway floors were weirdly sponge-y, almost like they were water damaged and not repaired or just that worn down from use. Bathroom door hinge was stripped so you had to lift up on the door to get it to close. The staff were very nice and polite. Place was clean just old and a bit run down.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The first time I had a good experience. Now this time they put me in a room on the ground floor where the carpet was really smelly. It needs to be changed.

Airport shuttle booking for not work through website and through mobile. You need to call them and book it. I waited 45 mins after booking it through website and tried to book through mobile. Finally made a call to hotel and then had to wait 10 mins. Meantime other hotels shuttle cycled thrice. Carpet smells a lot in the hall way. Flooring is in dire shape. It needs maintenance. Room was cleaned which I liked. Gas station and Taco Bell is near by walkable. Overall it’s average.

When I complained about the room smelling, the front office people didn’t bother to check the room and rather asked simply changed the room. That given room is also not good , very dirty , noisy

Exterior & surrounding area & view from room looks bad/trashy; area looks sketchy with nowhere I’d walk to but fellow guests were regular travelers. Front staff was friendly but understaffed; long slow line to check in. Room was just fine: surprisingly clean & modernized. Morning breakfast was appreciated. Price very reasonable. Complimentary shuttle to airport was the best thing; if stopping through w/another overnight layover in the future would likely book again. Did not try local pizza etc delivery option for dinner but might next time.

This building is older and the mattress was uncomfortable but everyone else was good. Parking was easy and very close to airport
