Upon arrival a female was arguing with the front desk requesting an immediate refund and wanting to leave. We checked in, got to our floor and was greeted with the strong smell of weed. We got in the room and the smell was there too. We called the front desk where they stated ok and hung up on me. The place is rude and gross! DONT STAY HERE! We would have left but didn’t have a car; we were dropped off.

I always try to leave good reviews when places deserve it—but sadly, this isn’t one of them. My stay at Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport was a disaster from the start. I waited over an hour for the shuttle, even after calling three times. At check-in (July 24 around 5:30 PM), the front desk staff was shockingly rude—no greeting, just “Card and ID.” I asked for a room on a higher floor and got a flat “No.” It set the tone for the stay. My room had no TV remote or “Do Not Disturb” sign, but a different lady at the desk later that night was more helpful and pleasant, which I appreciated. The next evening, I turned on the bathroom light and saw a cockroach. I showed the video to the front desk, and the reply was, “Ew, why would I want to see that?” They handed me bug spray and said there were no other rooms. I actually laughed in the elevator on the way back—what else can you do? At checkout, I didn’t bother with the shuttle again. When I dropped off my key, all I got was, “Do you need a receipt or something?” No thanks, no goodbye. The bed and towels were comfortable, but with reviews mentioning bed bugs and after seeing a roach myself, I’m not taking chances. As I write this, my luggage is sitting on my patio for a few days, just to be safe. Even if this is Wyndham’s budget option, being under their name gave me false hope. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Staff did not clean our room once in the 5 nights/6days we were there. Breakfast was advertised as being included, and no breakfast was available. After asking for staff to clean room, they refused and gave us towels and toilet paper to hold us over. They made us take our own trash out… like what?! Front staff was rude and not helpful.

Pro: Close to airport Cons: Very rude check-out staff. She was smoking outside and did not want to be bothered when approached. Over charged fee in final bill. One staff said it was "Airport Tax" and the other one said no such fee. Called the manager and no pickup for 30 minutes and the voice mailbox was full. The above facts tell you how the management ran the hotel.

The property is outdated visually, but for a night between flights it was fine. It is across from a cemetary so that side is quiet. Nothing is within walking distance, so food delivery or eating in the restaurant in the lobby is your only option. Food for dinner was fast and tasty, but breakfast service was slow.

Check in was very long wait. No laundry room available. Room and entire building needs to be updated. Restaurant had very limited offerings. Small child allowed to roam about bothering customers and attempting to touch food on table.

We checked in at night and went to bed. Two hours later we woke up itching and found bedbugs in the bed. We immediately checked out and were not offered a refund. The woman at the desk gave me a phone number to call and said she was not authorized to do refunds.
