Very poor experience all the way around.

We got to the hotel about 10:30 pm after arriving late at sea tac. My Wife and I with our 3 children all under 6 years of age. First impression when we pulled up was a parking lot with multiple cars running with people smoking marijuana in them. Front desk lady was dressed unprofessional with a sweater with weed leafs on it but she was nice. Finally get our room keys and we headed in the back door where the entire hallway all the way to the elevator smelt Like weed. We headed up to the 3rd floor where it smelt like drug smoke throughout the entire floor. Get into our room and there was black crumb stuff on the beds not sure what it was. Bathroom walls and floor were dirty sitting on the toilet for just a few minutes I had ants crawling up my leg. I was hesitant about staying after seeing what we were dealing with but we had been tracking for 8 hours already and had a 3 hour drive ahead of us to get home still so we decided to stay. We finally fell asleep around 11:30 and woke up at 6am to loud banging coming from the room below us. Then I received a call from the front desk telling us the people below us had complained that we were up all night and they would like to get some sleep. We were quiet all night as we were asleep. We left the room at around 6:30 am and left the room key on the counter. It has been 3 days since our stay at the hotel and we found head lice in my Oldest daughter’s hair this morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and a refund would be nice

I booked a suite next to the Seattle airport for a long layover. This hotel is beyond disappointing. Started with a leak I reported to the front desk. Her response was “Sir, I just work here.” Ok so I left the massive leak. The heater in the living area didn’t work. They advertised a guest laundry area which they didn’t have. They advertised a shuttle every half hour which didn’t come to the airport until I called an hour later. Multiple graffiti marks and an extremely filthy carpet in the room, and zero info for local cuisine or activities. Also nearly pointless to have televisions with no channel guide or information. Usually hotels have a book with that kind of info. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I hope others will only use this hotel as a last resort. Very disappointed

THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The kinda sleep you wake up from disoriented because your body is so relaxed. The staff at the hotel probably couldn’t have cared whether I lived or died, zero hospitality. I think I got better care from the housekeeping staff as I had to keep asking for stuff for the room. But that’s not so important, I care more about how comfortable and clean and safe the room is. Very convenient location as it’s right across from the airport of course. Affordable. I would stay there again
