The lady at the front desk was very rude. My mom had to call five times for the airport shuttle before it came. The lamp in my room, the light was blown out. The outlets in the room didn’t work so we had to unplug the microwave and refrigerator. Overall the facility was clean, safe and the proximity to the airport was good. They just to upgrade the facility a bit.
Room had a bad smell, we waited over an hour for the promised shuttle. We called the hotel and he told us to walk because traffic was too bad. We told him no. The was clean but the smell was bad and loud. They really need an upgrade. If you don’t mind cheap, then this is the place for you.
The shower in room 219 did not work. I asked how to change it from a bath to a shower which prompted an employee to come up to the room to demonstrate. That employee then found out the switch was broken. I was assured someone would come fix it in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes go by and no one came to fix it. I then went down to the front desk to ask where the fixer would be. I was assured they’d be up shortly. 10 minutes go by with no one coming by. I had to leave for the event I came to town for so I ended up wash clothing myself when 10 minutes I got a knock at the door. I was in no condition to open the door so I didn’t. Very bad experience that made me feel uneasy with the facilities and how I could not rely on the basics like a shower that worked.

It won't hurt to stay here, but no fond memories
This two-level motel--surely the term used for it several decades ago when it appears to have been built--is barely adequate for someone simply needing a place to stay near the airport after an evening arrival or before an early morning departure. A large table blocked access to the to get to the extension cord where I had to plug in my phone's charger. The fellow sitting outside his room when I got off the shuttle around 8-8:30 pm was there again when I left at 8 am: no harm at all, but some likely find him unnerving. quote an old Simon & Garfunkel song." The motel has its own airport shuttle van, but it was designed to carry a large family in close proximity, not strangers with several sets of luggage. The night clerk couldn't tell that the name on my driver's license was the same as the name on a handwritten list of bookings for that evening, and kept asking me, a woman, whether I was the person named James whose name also appeared on that list; he appeared unable to understand me when I said I was not. So: tolerable for a patient traveler not fazed by spartan conditions in a place that last saw better days decades ago if ever, and unfazed by some of the guests and staff, whose better days are far behind them.
I stayed because of price and shuttle service. Bathroom was not good. Painted tub with paint peeling off in the water and there was no cold water for the tub.

The room was spacious and clean a little older, but nice
I was ignored when trying to check in; two of the staff were speaking in their native language for several minutes when one stopped the other to check in. I should have been concerned with the cardboard sign written in magic marker "no refunds after 10 minutes from check in!"
The room looked like a 1979 teen girls bedroom with no upkeep since then. Every tile in the bathroom was cracked. The tub was stained. The room did smell of pine sol and seemed clean. The room opened to the outside; I felt insecure/unsafe in this environment, so put the desk and the chair against the door for additional safety (and my mental wellbeing).
I booked this room as I had a 13-14 hr layover at SEATAC airport. Figured anything would be better than sleeping on airport chairs. I'm not sure I feel that way now. What's even more disappointing was I could have remained in Las Vegas (the first leg of my trip to Seattle airport) for a much nicer room, with a pool and dining options for half of what I paid for this room.
For Hotels.com, this begs the question: at what point will you no longer book rooms on your site after reviews like this. I categorically know I am not the only customer sharing this.
The guy on reception was a great guy. Quite a character. I understand it was the cheapest hotel so you get what you pat for. The place could certainly use some extreme renovations.

Very old and rundown. Staff was friendly. Just a place to sleep overnight and that’s about it. Rooms are very old inside and out.
It works if it's late, and all you need is a clean bed and a shower. Otherwise, the property is very tired. One light in the room was burned out, the TV wouldn't come on, and the furniture was very old. Also, shower was slippery with no mat and the hot water knob leaked. Bathroom sink had been painted over several times. Did have a working microwave and refrigerator.

The bed was comfy. Shuttle service was great. It was alright for a quick sleep. No amenities in the room. No shampoo or body wash. No hair dryer. Denny's was next door so it was convenient for meals.
