Prior to my arrival, I called the hotel amd was told I could get a late check out for 3pm with an added fee. When I arrived for my stay, I paid the fee and confirmed my check-out time of 3pm. This morning at 9am, housekeeping knocked on the door and I told them I had a late check out. Then a little after 11am, the housekeeping manager knocked on the door again and told me I could only stay until 2pm. I have an appointment at 330pm and needed a late check out for this reason. I paid for a late check out and what I paid for was changed after the fact the agreed time. Housekeeping also attempted entry at 9am and continued to interrupt my rest.
