Treated very poorly by front desk staff, Andrew. I booked for 3 people. No blanket for the third person, my son. Called front desk and was told by Andrew that it was not his problem or concern. I came down to the front desk and was again treated very wrong. I was very embarrassed because there were people around. This is very wrong and it should never happen to anyone.

Was a okay place to stay a few nights. Beds seem smaller then queens and bathrooms are small rather then that not a bad room and isn’t noisy. Seems like a safe area to stay at definitely liked having ihop next to the hotel.

We checked in early (for a fee), which was nice. We headed up to our room. The rooms were being cleaned and there was garbage up and down the hall. Once we got to the room, there was a terrible smell. We tried spraying perfume but the smell lingered. Dirty socks smell? Everything seemed a little old and dated. We couldn’t get used to the smell. Maybe coming from the carpet? We ended up moving to a different hotel. Overall, someone needs to take an objective look and clean everything up. Lots of clutter in the lobby and on the walls

Search these reviews for “smell” I wish I had. Our room smelled gross our entire stay. Also, when we checked in there were a bunch of Fruit Loops on the stairs. They were still there when we left 2 days later. Cleanliness is not a priority here.
