This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus one bonus room downstairs which can function as the 5th bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the same floor level as the master bedroom, with a queen size bed, a full size bed and a bunk bed, respectively. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom room on the same level. The downstairs bonus room is really spacious and has a King size bed and a sofa bed which can be converted to a queen size bed. There is one bathroom downstairs with a large tub for relaxation. The house has a 75 inch TV in the living room, and a 65 inch TV in the downstairs bonus room. If you used the garage door opener, please return it to the kitchen counter or the shelf next to the breakfast nook (where you found it).
Set the thermostat to 72°F, turn off lights and turn off the heater on the TV stands (main floor and downstairs), if you used them.
