We loved this property and would definitely stay here again when taking a cruise from Seattle. The rooms had everything, coffee/tea maker, small fridge and microwave, clean, crisp bedding, quiet, flatscreen tv, clean bathroom, rooftop space, indoor garden area, bicycles and more. A walking community with Restaurants and small stores in walking distance. But the unhoused are prevalent. The hotel does take security precautions and requires a hotel key card to enter at night.

Comfy and Clean but Cramped.

The rooms were very small for comfortable and clean. The ice machines weren’t convenient, but the hotel itself was well located for tourists and downtown business travelers to enjoy a walk about or easy access to most locations.

We appreciated the front desk personnel. From the time of making our reservation they promptly responded to our questions about transportation to their property from the airport via texts. Once we arrived they were ready to help with any incidental needs. The room was well kept & had a fresh look. The room staff kept our room looking refreshed each day. I wish you had a shuttle from the airport to your location. The staff was very nice & the big wonderful towels, soft beds. A lot of homeless people around but none bothered us.All in all would consider staying again.

The property is great, staff is great, room is small but very comfortable & clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to pike place market. The only downside is homeless tweakers along littering the streets so be aware.

The young lady who checked me in was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. However the reason for the 4 stars, is because I had two reservations so checked in again the 2nd day. The young man who checked me in was not as friendly. I was a transaction. Missed the hospitality from him. Other than that, it's a nice little hotel. Very clean.

Our reservation made months ago was for 2 beds but when we arrived they didn’t have that type of room. They rolled in a cot to a queen room and we hardly had room to move. It felt like we were in a closet. Other than that, the hotel was super close to everything.
