The property itself is nice. My room was nice, cozy and clean. John at the first desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Everything in walking distances. No car needed.. The only downside was the amount of homeless people but they have no control of that. My husband and I walked to Pike market and to the space needle without a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in a not so good location

This ia a pretty nice spot. Its just a little too close to a few blocks of area that's desolate. Homeless people are within a couple of blocks. They weren't a bother. But it's the look of it all. There's a whole lot within walking distance

Two nights at the Belltown Inn

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, giving us tips for dining out in the area. They greeted us each time we entered from our adventures around town. They were also very helpful after checkout, by storing our luggage for a few hours. This gave us more time to explore Seattle, instead of waiting at the airport for more hours than necessary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived. Easy walks to the pier and space needle. Although we didn't use them, busses came by regularly that serviced the downtown Seattle area. Restaurants are plentiful within easy walking distance. Our room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again when in Seattle.

We had to ask the staff 4 times before they added our name to the transport to the cruise port list. We were first placed in a room that had other peoples suitcases when we went into it so they had to move us to a different room. The staff were fairly nice but the service could have been better.

Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was accommodating and amazing and our room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The hotel is in such a convenient location which made it easy to walk around and see the sights. The only downside, which doesn’t at all reflect on the hotel or staff, is that it is a bit of a rougher area. But we would come back in a heartbeat to this hotel!
