- The food is not bad it requires more options/variaty. - Under the bed is not clean in the room. - The room’s furniture is quite old. - The bath towels aren’t available on time. - The electricity shots down at least once a day. - The water flow is very low during peak time. - Overall the hotel needs renovation. The resort is really nice. Staff is welcoming, helpful, friendly. Animations are great with a lot to do on the resort itself. The dining experience in all inclusive is very impressive. The food buffet is amazing and all very tasty with an immense variety of choices even for kids.

This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything.

It was honestly better than I had thought it would be. There’s a great selection of food, good entertainment, clean place, can’t go wrong with it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautifully decorated the room was.

We really had a great time, and most of that was from the amazing staff and helpers around the property.
