It is a very nice hotel in a good location. Room is very clean and good layout. The patio faces the mountains with great views. Staff is very nice. We enjoyed our one night stay and we will recommend this hotel to our friends as well.

The screen door to the balcony was off the track. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. But the room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. However, had I known about the "on the go breakfast" I would not have stayed here for the rate I was charged for it.

There was no round the clock service. Someone was at the desk from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. only. Rooms were clean but outdated and the mattress was like sleeping on Jello. The location of the motel was great, right in central Sedona, an easy walk to many shops/restaurants.
