Found out that it has new owner and renovation starts in few months. Wish I knew before hand. Shower has not pressure. Bedding was old. Only good thing was the dining. Food was wonderful and service was excellent. Room was awful.

Excellent remodeling in lobby, service was perfect and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Only downside is that the rooms, TV, workout and pool are very dated.

We had a great experience! My only complaint was the tub not draining. We only stayed one night so we didn’t make it a big deal.

Be nicer at front desk

The hotel was pretty and centrally located; however, the front desk was rude when we were checking in. There was a computer mix up but the front desk insisted we were at the wrong hotel. When I showed them the reservation we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a manger and then one person left us alone. When we asked for information about restaurants or things to do, they were very unhelpful. When I complained I think they upgraded our room, but overall it was not a good check in experience.

The hotel has beautiful grounds surrounding it. The room was comfortable but the bed linens were poor. The comforter was filthy.

My daughter and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. William, at the front desk, was knowledgeable and offered suggestions on things to do. The staff at the spa was also quite wonderful. We will be back!
