Decent location and unit, staff communicated poorly and were outright rude, received multiple text messages with incorrect info about when the lobby and pool would be open, and when I did go to the front desk in the morning to get some coffee (alternate front desk had full coffee setup and extra k-cups and creamer/half and half) was told loudly at 6:30 am that “THERE’S COFFEE IN THE ROOMS”. Yep. Knew that, but yesterday it was available down here, guess I’ll wake my wife up.

We were happy with the room overall. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the time of our visit but it didn’t interfere with anything and there was virtually no noise. The property itself looked more like a nice apartment complex with multiple buildings. It was clean, safe, well maintained and quiet. We didn’t use it but there was a beautiful family and dog park. The room was clean, had enough space for two and looked like it had just been updated/renovated. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water pressure was not great but again it was clean. They put in a farmhouse style sink which in theory was cool but it splashed all over the place. The bathroom was a bit tight for two people. The bed was comfortable, the room had a 55” tv and the a/c worked great. Being the first time in Sedona I wasn’t able to figure out what part of town the hotel was in when I made the reservation. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the uptown area which seemed like the touristy spot. Depending on what time you go to that area there was a lot of traffic congestion in the morning and late afternoon. The price seemed reasonable compared to the other places in town and it was worth it in my opinion.

The room was very clean and spacious, and plenty of towels were provided, which was a nice touch. There’s a small park area on the property where guests can take a short walk with their dogs, and there’s even a fire pit you can enjoy at night. We were looking forward to the complimentary breakfast, as mentioned in reviews, but unfortunately it was not available during our stay. Also, the lobby was under renovation, which made the entrance area a bit inconvenient. The resort offers various programs and activities that seemed fun and well-organized, but we didn’t have enough time to participate in them.

The room wasn't bad. Pillows were terrible, air conditioner was way noisy during the night.Very disappointed that they charged a resort fee when the pool was closed and they didn't do breakfast. It was also closed. Not sure what the resort fee was for, it was just our room. When I asked about it they really didn't care.
