Room was clean and bed was good. We did not like having a kitchen/bathroom sink combo. Didn’t feel sanitary. Included breakfast was mediocre but the purchased breakfast was good. Staff in the restaurant were not very attentive.

Employee friendly! Room was clean, but soap for handwash and conditioner bottles were empty. VIP credit $20 was applied, but kind of complicated. I dont think will stay there again

Expedia said 4.6 stars review. However this hotel is 2.5~3 stars hotel. Sink & Mirror are too high & Wired. Shower Tab is slippy, almost fall down and hit head. Air conditioner is very laud and hard to sleep. We won't go back again.

Property was kept up well, friendly and helpful staff. Room was upgraded to a suite which had more than enough room, laid out nicely and great for laying out hiking gear. Breakfast included which was convenient as well as decent bar on premises. Close to restaurants, shops and trailheads but away from Rte 89A and Hwy 179 round-a-bout bottleneck. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends

Only real complaint was it’s not a continental breakfast. You get a muffin, banana, yogurt and coffee or juice. If you want something else they deduct a price from your bill, but only on select items not al a cart. Nicely remodeled and staff pleasant

Convenient location and nice grounds. Very loud road noise heard in room. No elevators, only stairs to 2nd floor rooms. Our room was not clean, bathtub was dirty (looked like someone threw up in the tub).

Great location , peaceful location. Great pool. Staff very friendly, the dining staff was slow and you had to ask for things, silver ware, saltpeter and refill for Coffee. Sometime they didn’t bring it out at all even after you asked. The room was good, strange to brush teeth in kitchen sink, the soap was never filled in bathroom and the pillows were AWFUl We ended up sleeping in towels. I would say if a good night sleep is important you might want to think about a different place. Over all we like the place and the staff was nice, and it was super quiet. But the pillows were a problem.

The property itself was beautiful. I enjoyed that they gave you credit for the food if you did not get the continental, and the breakfast was yummy every day! The location was so pretty and so close to everything, too. I enjoyed our stay quite a bit and nothing in and around sedona was more than 15 minutes away. 10/10 would recommend to stay here again!

We were upgraded to the king and queen suite, which was perfect for my family of 5! The room was spacious with a living area and the king was in a separate room. The rooms are specious and decorated so cute.
