This expansive 2,770 sq ft home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious living areas that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Main Living Areas:
Step through the front door into a sun-filled open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area — creating the perfect setting for relaxation or entertaining.

Bright and welcoming, the main living room includes plush seating, a built-in wet bar, and bar seating — ideal for evening cocktails or casual conversation.

Great Sedona 3 Day experience

This property was perfect for our foursome. Close to the golf course, very large accommodations for 4. Master bedroom was fantastic and the outdoor accommodations were devine - hot tub, grill and the view exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous stay!

When traveling with our dog we like to stay in neighborhoods easy to walk her, this rental is in a beautiful quiet area of Oak Creek/Sedona close to a lovely golf course, neighborhoods landscaping is gorgeous. The photo of the patio really sold us, it's spacious and secluded, the water feature was especially lovely and the hot tub nice once we turned up the temp. The roses and peonies were in bloom! The house is beautifully decorated in a Sedona Tuscan style; kitchen was very well equipped. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance as is Clarks grocery. Ice cream, pizza and bakery shops right down the street. I think this is an exceptionally comfortable rental. We had no problems and certainly no complaints. We'll stay here again.

Beautiful location outside Sedona traffic

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet area. Patio was lovely. Traffic in Sedona was crazy so it was nice to have restaurants and groceries nearby. Also near to many hiking locations. House had pretty much all we needed.

Awesome stay!

Wonderful property on the Sedona Golf Course (driving range), Walkable to the pro shop and many area restaurants and shops. We loved the spacious rooms and provided amenities in the house (toiletries, kitchen spices, etc). The hot tub was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to add some additional lighting/lamps in kitchen and living area, as it was a bit dark. Highly recommend. We would stay here again!

House was very clean and great size to accommodate our family. Hot tub was perfect for the cooler temps. Was a bit further from main Sedona area than we expected but still close enough to drive to many hikes and uptown Sedona. Would return!

The house is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a perfect location and within walking distance to the golf course and everything related to the wedding there. The house is even better than depicted. It was two couples staying and the house was large, private and beautiful. Furnishings and decor were very nice, and the house was furnished with everything we could've possibly needed. We really enjoyed the back patio including the hot tub, views and fountain.

Amazing Property/ Location

This place is absolutely stunning. Great location right in Oak Creek Village with nice shops and restaurants nearby and a short easy drive to uptown Sedona. Beautiful private backyard, the bright purple flowered trees were the icing on the cake having come from the cold north where nothing was in bloom yet. The property itself is 5 stars for sure. I had to take a star off listing accuracy and communication because the listing states you can use the amenities at the Hilton resort across the street. That was not the case, for us anyway. Our kids were really bummed that they were not able to use the pools there, and it was a major factor in our decision to book that particular rental. Being kids, they were not as appreciative of the beauty of the house/property itself, they wanted a pool. In my attempt to clarify this by communicating with the host. I was told I had to talk to the resort, which I did, twice. The resort staff said that we could not use the resort pools even for a fee, unless we were Hilton Club Members, I am a Hilton member but not a "club" member. In fact the second time I asked the desk staff made it seem like my question was absurd and I was made to fell like a bother. So either the desk staff had no idea or the listing needs to be updated so some other family doesn't run into the same problem of kids expecting a pool if its not an option. Again its a beautiful property and I would absolutely stay here again, even without that pool option.

Perfect Home for Us!

We stay at many VRBO’s, and this may be the most beautiful and comfortable with the best setting!! Close to hiking, golf, sight seeing, shopping, and some of Sedonas best restaurants are literally two minutes away if you drive slow! The set up is perfect for a few adults or couples to enjoy each others company and still be comfortable and private. Highly recommend!!

We had a good time. Home very clean and well equipped Kitchen. Lots of towels. Had problem getting UTube TV. TV said we were in Spokane so would not let us connect. Hot Tub heater would not work. Wanted the heat for my back. Good instruction Book

Outdoor Space is Great!

Overall, it was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very convenient to the greater Sedona area. The inside was roomy enough that all the adults in our group could either gather or get some space from each other if they needed. And I’d say one of the highlights of the property was really the outdoor living space the views were great. It was really well-maintained and I will say the hot tub worked perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and spacious! We booked this property specifically for the jacuzzi which only heated up to a lukewarm temp. So that was a bit disappointing. But overall had a great stay! Thank you!
