The greeter young male staff was super helpful, help us to call taxi to the airport on 01/29. I didn't get his name though. Very pleasant stay. Will definatly come back. Resonable price and good location not too crowded.

Too many good things to say about Four Points at Seoul Station. The room was clean and spacious. The spacious bathroom was perfect as well. Checking in and out was a smooth and quick process. As good as those were, the restaurant is a definite must. For both dinner and breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Enjoyed one of the best prepared burgers I've ever had along with done of the local beer. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of items to meet your wants. The location is great, and is only a few minutes walk from the train station. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Seoul.

The room was fine. I like that it had a safe, tv that I could watch my Netflix, refrigerator, enough closet space and drawers. I didn’t like the staff. They were not very accommodating even though they had a smile. They didn’t let me check-in early and when I went back, they let another person cut in front of me. They send me directions without me asking for them and got me lost. Location was ok, but not much food around.
