The entrance to the hotel is inconvenient, the elevators are slow until they reach the ground, the room is very, very small. I was there for 7 days and it was very crowded.

I chose this hotel as it was at Seoul station and I needed to take a train to Busan the following day. From the AREX platform (B7), one should navigate to the second flr n take exit 12. It is not near and you would probably need to walk for 15-20 mins (assuming you don’t get lost). The room was compact and basic. The lifts were very slow. Overall it was a reasonable stay but basic. I don’t consider this to be value for money because the room rate was over SGD $350 per night!

Location is great. There's underground walkway that leads to/from Seoul Station from/to the hotel which is very convenient. Decent amount of places to eat nearby including Starbucks less than a minute away. Service is great. Gym isn't the best; minimal equipments. Overall, great hotel right by Seoul Station and.

Good hotel, near Seoul Station. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable. Not enough light in the bathroom - you can't even see your face properly... Otherwise, a good option for accomodation in Seoul.

The room.was very small fir what we paid. The coffee was terrible and when I plugged in the hairdryer, it caused the fuse to go out and the all the lights went off. The staff at the front desk are efficient however, not very friendly.

A nice hotel near Seoul Station with easy access to bus and subway stations. There were plenty of amenities like a weight room and laundry area. There were two convenient stores just outside the hotel and an underground passageway straight to Seoul Station which was a relief as it was raining heavily on the day that I left. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the elevator. The hotel could really use another elevator and also the speed of the elevator could be a bit quicker.

서울역 앞에 있는 건물인데도 방음 유리가 아닌거 같았어요. 기차소리가 나서 잠을 제대로 자지 못했습니다. 4성급이라 하기엔 객관적으로 4성급 호텔 객실에 있을법한 시설 (욕조, 다리미등)이 없고 피트니스센터도 좁고 열악하더라구요. 3성급 비즈니스 호텔느낌입니다.

Walking to and from the Seoul Station underground was a great benefit especially in bad weather. Towels were old and worn out. The furniture showed signs of wear too but that id not too important. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The hotel is in a convenient location being in close proximity to Public Transportation. I would definitely stay again. Please get new towels.
