This is the crappiest 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in Asia at 25 years of traveling. When I was checking in, there were people sleeping in the lobby chairs. What 5 star hotel would allow that? The room was affordable but it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom tub doesn’t drain. The bathroom doesn’t have a sink nor does it lock. It’s just a painted glass door. The sink is located in the room for what purpose I dont understand. They say there was a gym so I go to the floor where it was supposed to be but it is located somewhere else, I go followed the instructions to go to the location it was supposed to be but it leads to an external entrance with no signs. This is really a terrible place. I asked for tooth paste and they charged 3000W on what hotels would normally include in the amenities. guess if you are a gambler you want to stay here then maybe you want to stay but if you are expecting an Asian 5 star hotel experience. This place is to be avoided!!
