Room was elaborate, but some furniture looked badly worn and scraped edges. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was impressive. Registration at lobby was very cramped, crowded and unimpressive, but agents were very kind.

The room itself was fine, but the experience wasn’t what I expected. The toilet in our room was leaking from the base overnight, and despite letting the front desk know right away, we weren’t able to switch rooms until the following day. It made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially since we couldn’t really use the washroom properly. Staff were polite, but the issue felt like it wasn’t treated with much urgency. For the price, I expected quicker resolution or at least an immediate room change.

This hotel was great 20 years ago but because of the location they’re still charging like a premier hotel. Everything that is provided in other hotels you have to purchase here.

The hotel is in a great location but is not well maintained. Carpet is stained, room looks like it came straight from the Soviet Union. Bathroom had poor lighting and shower was leaking every single day. Food is expensive and average. Room cleaners are great. I don’t recommend koreana and I won’t be staying there again.

The staff are very nice , so polite and were very accommodating and humble. They worked around our needs so I’m so thankful for that. Good location get to the main districts in Seoul. Train was very close by and very walkable to myeongdong shopping street and namdemun market. Would book again on my next trip ! Thanks for the stay

The property is well located and felt quite safe. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The only downside was that noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways could be heard.

Stay was great. Lovely hotel, just need some updating. Had breakfast at the restaurant one morning and it was wonderful. Worth the $30 something per person.
