This is not a hotel you think

Generally bad. The restaurant on B1 level was very dirty and groom. Staff clothings were not very tidy.

We stayed last June and it was very convenient to move around within the city, so we came back. The room looked more cleaner, prettier and newer last time. For the price we pay, we are happy with what we get overall. The staff is bilingual and they always quickly understand what we need and help us in a very attentive manner.

I flew in to Gimpo so this hotel location was perfect as it is on the same line as Gimpo airport. The hotel is just right outside the subway station. I thought the food choices were just ok. I liked my room and will definitely want to come back and stay here. The only problem was that the drainage in the shower wasn’t working too well.

Great breakfast. Poor wifi and heating system.

Poor wifi. I would say it is not really working. Heating up takes time like for 5-6 hours to get room warm. Except of both mentioned above, others are perfect. Breakfast is exceptional.

The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.

The frontdesk staff Miss Bae did everything to accomodate my request and upgraded my room from level 16 to level 25, but this upgrade was at the cost of the room size. Had this been a bigger sized room, it would have been a bingo
