Been here before and will definitely stay again. Great check in - lovely balcony room on 10ty floor - magnificent views over Amsterdam. Only drawback - Luminair Bar directly above us and staff were dragging furniture around at 1.30am could hear everything 😡 No housekeeping done the second last day despite asking 3 times - finally had someone change the towels and empty the bins at 7pm - very basic. Also had a terrible smell in the fridge which appeared to be sour milk maybe spilt by the previous guests - not the hotels fault but certainly a thorough clean was needed - previous guests also left a pair of socks on the floor - you would expect the cleaners to see this. Staff were very pleasant and i highly recommend this hotel despite a couple of hiccups!

The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the central train station. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in DoubleTree near Centraal. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds. The breakfast buffet was top-notch in terms of variety and quality of food options for everyone. Highly recommend! Also staff was professional and on point throughout. The main downside for us was we felt the lighting in the rooms was insufficient, making it feel dreary at times. This was aggravated by us having a room with the window facing inwards to an alley (no natural light either). While this was a downer, it didn't take away from an overall wonderful stay.

Almost perfect. Sadly let down by no room available at check in time, the toilet flush needs the strength of a weight lifter to push and for some strange reason the room air con kept setting itself back at 20 degrees. No good in the 35 degree heatwave! Clean hotel, staff excellent and the breakfast is amazing.
