Located five minutes walk from the Gardens of the Alcazar and the Barrio de Santa Cruz, this new and functional apartment can accommodate up to six people.
The Apartment is located on Calle San Bernardo 31 and is distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It is rented with sheets, towels and blankets, kitchen accessories complete with everything needed for cooking, heating and air conditioning, and free wifi internet.
There is a public surface parking at the end of the street.
The decoration of the apartment is modern and functional to make your stay pleasant and in it we have prioritized comfort and quality of furniture.
We have chosen paintings and prints that allude to Seville and its history, and we remember some of our modern and abstract painters who have triumphed in the world.
The first bedroom has a double bed of 150 x 200 and en suite bathroom
The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200, and a full bathroom.
In the living room there is a bed for two people under the sofa, 160 x 200, very easy to use and you will find dressed in sheets and blankets.
The street where the apartment is located is very quiet, and our windows are equipped with double anti-noise glass. In it you can find supermarket, pharmacy, banks, small bars where to eat and several coffee shops.
Taking a pleasant walk of a few minutes you will reach the gardens of the Alcazar and the Barrio de Santa Cruz where you will find the main tourist attractions and monuments, palaces and gardens of Seville.
Back from your shopping and sightseeing days you can rest in wonderful and comfortable beds, with top quality sheets, or cook a small dinner in our modern kitchen, while through the open windows of the lounge enjoy the charms of scented nights of Sevilla.

Dishonest host & listing. Indicates 3 bedrooms Plus a pullout bed in living room - there are actually only two bedrooms and host tried to argue that living room was the third bedroom. (Photos are misleading by presenting the one bedroom from two different angles with different bed covers). Major leak in hallway bathroom ceiling and host refused to refund our booking. Dirty tissue found in master bed when we pulled down the covers & dead cockroaches found along with strong odor of bug spray. Proximity to major attractions also exaggerated (ex actually minutes to Plaze de España, not 7 minutes). When we attempted to work with the host on a refund, she had another person impersonate Vrbo support and threatened us. We had to make another booking and are still waiting after two weeks for our refund.

Cleaning need to improve

Big and half dead cockroach on the floor of shower when we enter the room. Kettle outside is oily and some hair not clean well. Owner is positively resolving issue. Response fast. However it’s also quite humid inside the room because we can’t find the vent button. Location is very good. Everything else is good and bed is clean. Hope the cleaner can put more effort.

What a beautiful spot to stay in Sevilla. The apartment was well stocked and communication was excellent. We could walk everywhere we wanted in this safe vibrant neighbourhood. We couldn’t find street parking but a lot was located 3 blocks away and cost €33 for the 2 days we were there.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was large and walking distance to every site in Seville. Still in quiet street great for a peaceful night. Wifi is a bit spotty but we loved our stay. Thanks!

This is a very good apartment to stay in, very neat, clean & has all the basic necessities in the kitchen & bathroom areas. We were a group of 3 adults & 2 late teeners & we had ample space. The apt. is on the 1st floor so that’s convenient since the building does not have an elevator. Centralized AC to keep us warm at night. The washer is a bonus. The place is in a quiet neighborhood but close to Barrio Santa Cruz & a 17-20 minute walk to either the Alcazar or Cathedral. A grocery store ( Supermercado Mas) is a 5-7 minute walk. There are huge closets & lots of storage space. The apt. has 2 large modern style bathrooms with good hot shower. It has 2 true bedrooms. The main room is a combined LR, dining & small kitchen. The main room has a full sofa bed. I recommend to the owner to leave instructions on how to operate the stove, washer & dishwasher since renters from overseas may not be familiar with it. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment. Will stay again & recommend it to family & friends.
