Excellent location!!!! Only half a block from the Cathedral. And only half a block in the other direction to the town hall. The hotel was really nice and clean and the room was very smartly put together. Plenty of room, super nice bathroom, big balcony, although the view was not that great. Perhaps if the room was facing the main street the balcony would’ve been perfect. Within walking distance to everything. And the staff was really nice.

Lovely hotel but with some major issues. Lights in our room turned on multiple times in the night so we lost a lot of sleep-also turned off spontaneously during the day. Broken toilet paper dispenser. Seems like they need to work out some kinks but nice staff, clean, comfortable, great location.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Super helpful front desk personnel, couldn’t be better!! Easily walkable to everything. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. Lots of bakeries, coffee and anything you would want nearby. Also located in a car free area so you can walk out the door and be in a great walking area. It is steps away from the Cathedral.

Excellent location close to Cathedtal,alcazar and within walking distance to plaza España good shopping and restaurants, Staff friendly , courteous and helpful. Fidel and Victoria were particularly outstanding. Great place to stay.

Staff at this hotel were outstanding. When we arrived my husband was ill; they guided us to a hospital where some English was spoken. They said they'd credit our account when we had to shorten our stay. One receptionist tried for 2 hours to get us tickets to Madrid. Unfortunately the hotel, while clean, is poorly maintained. The ceiling in our shower was badly stained with leaks and calcified (?) stalagtites. The light under the bathroom mirror was loose and dangled. The walls were blackened with scuffs. The area around the nightstand was chipped. The fabric on a chair was damaged. The wire to a lamp was exposed. I feel badly for staff who work so hard to make this a great hotel only to be so undermined.

Great location terrible smell

Great location, good rooms, good soundproofing given central location. Very clean and comfortable. Good roof bar with live music great fun. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. 2 issues: First the disgusting smell of raw sewage in the reception area, they have got to fix that, if nothing else leave the front and back doors open. Terrible! Secondly, only gave us free water in our room the 1st night! Told us we needed to pay 3 euros a bottle from the mini bar the next 2 days, very mean. If I had bought 3 separate nights then I would have got free water each night! Whats the difference??

This is a very good property to stay at. It is nice, clean, and is close to everything. Parking is close buy but it is difficult to reach the property by car. You have to walk.
