The property is currently undergoing a renovation of the lobby space but you couldn’t notice unless you really pay attention. It doesn’t interfere with the great operations they have. The staff is fantastic.

Great place to stay!

Always dubious of 4* in Europe but this hotel has disproved that! Great hotel, excellent facilities and lovely staff. We've been very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel was being refurbished, this had only a limited effect on its facilities (no pool and reception at rear of property). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean with modern rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the property is located near to all the main sights.

We liked the spacious room, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was superb. Location was close walking distance to main attractions. Taxi from airport to hotel was 25 EUR flat rate.

Newly renovated property so beautifully clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal for walking to the Plaza and to the river. We would choose this hotel on a return visit to Seville.

Poor customer service

We woke on the 24th of January to be told that our flight that day had been cancelled due to Storm Eowyn. We immediately tried to contact the hotel with no success. We then decided to contact Hotels.com who were very understanding of the situation and contacted the hotel on out behalf to see if we could move the booking by a week due to this unforeseen weather cancellation. Sadly the hotel refused to move the booking as it was booked as a “non refundable” booking. Having checked the hotels T+Cs even if we’d paid the supplement to book a room that had free cancellation this was only applicable till 24 hours before arrival so we would have still been out with the terms of that agreement and would have likely been denied a move/refund since our flight was cancelled at 6am on the morning on arrival. Under the circumstances this is a sign of poor customer service and we won’t be using the hotel for any of our future travels to Seville.

Very friendly check-in. Free upgrade. Close the the old town. They are renovating but we were not disturbed. Our room was new, very comfortable and clean with excellent finishes.

Seville has an odor. It’s really notable on the drive in from the south, but certain toilets also catch a backdraft of sewer smell. We found this hotel last minute after getting a refund on an Airbnb which smelled like a sewer. The staff helped find two rooms on NYE. A young dark haired woman was especially helpful, a real hospitality pro that you knew wanted to be there. Staff delivered treats to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and quiet (facing internal courtyard), breakfast amazing (the OJ is squeezed right in front of you). Access to river excellent, and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and all. One room smelled normal, but that same funk crept up to our bathroom in the second room. We mentioned it to the desk but it really didn’t help. Had to use air freshener to cover it.

Assigned a room that does not match picture online

We stayed for three days in this hotel. We were provided with a room that does NOT look like the one shown on hotels.com where we booked the room. We booked a room with twin bed and an extra bed but we got a room unlike the picture hotels.com website reveals for that category of room. Instead, the room we got is cramped and small, without any table/desk or bed at all. It is clearly a standard room (on the small side even for a standard room). With the extra bed installed, there is barely room to turn around in that unit.
