It is a sophisticated two-bedroom apartment, located in a superb new building that preserves the charm of Sevillian architecture in its exterior and facade and when opening its doors surprises with a modern interior full of light, space and features.
The finishes, wooden floors, flooring, interior carpentry, insulation and qualities, needless to say, are first class and give that feeling of prestige and comfort with which we always want to give our guests, as demanding as ourselves.
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen followed by the bright living room with access to the terrace. The terrace overlooks the Calle de San Pablo and the Church of La Magdalena.
The living room has a balanced and intelligent distribution of space, a sophisticated selection of designer furniture and a new life for singular pieces of furniture and decoration. It has an area for social gatherings and audiovisuals equipped with a TV cabinet a large wooden coffee table and a comfortable sofa of exclusive design. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and 4 bar chairs at the partition with the kitchen.
The sleeping area features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite rain shower bathroom. The room has a large built-in closet with a large storage capacity and contemporary design bedside tables and light fixtures and a Smart TV on the wall.
