The grounds are exceptional. Overall, the premises are great. Rooms could do with some love and good was not as good as the hype, a little disappointing in reality. 5 star grounds, 4 4-star amenities, 3-star food and rooms. The concierge was excellent. The surrounding area wasn't nice

Exceptional all the way. This is a terrific hotel with beautiful new and modern rooms, attentive staff and exceptional facilities. No wonder it gets such a high rating from others.
