Outstanding in every possible way. The quality of the staff's attention to detail is something i've not encountered elsewhere. The bedlinen, the food quality and variety and above all the warmth and kindness of all staff even at the busiest periods under pressure. I extended me stay twice and will be back!

We had a great stay at the Stella Di Mare Hotel. The food (amazing daily selection), spa facilities (especially the huge jacuzzi), sun and snorkeling (so many colourful fish) is what we went for and it delivered. The service in all parts of the hotel was superb, particularly from Mustafa Sohkry and all the team who welcomed us to the main dining area on the first day and made us feel like VIPs for the rest of our holiday. That's the main reason we will be returning in the not too distant future.

Sea view room, staff are good, some of the views from the hotel are so nice. Food is good there is a nice selection. Spa facilities are good outdoor heated pool is very nice but i would get massages or hammam elsewhere and not in the hotel as i have had way better services in other places and i feel this is probably the only 👎 i give to stella di mare.

My stay superseded my expectation. The property is a gem amount other 5 star resorts in the vicinity. I am a discerning traveller as I visited exclusively for the diving which, was in itself, a magnificent experience. There are minor aesthetics that may need to be updated but this does not impact my overall review of my stay. What I enjoyed most is that the property is nit expansive as many others in its class. I wanted a “boutique feel” and certainly got it. Loved the culinary quality, the convenient shuttle, snorkeling, spa, and all amenities. Truly a gem in Sharm!

The hotel is clean the staff very friendly. The staff are constantly cleaning the whole hotel. The food was very good with two speciality restaurants. The hotel could do with some upgrading but that doesn't detract from the fact it is a friendly hotel next to Naama bay

The room service is smazing,spotlless clean, they make decorations with towel and flowers. The food is exceptional, each day different cuisine, multiple varieties of meat, chicken, fish, desserts and fruits. There is always fresh BBQ at dinner, in addition to, regular beef stew dishes,fish, and chicken, soup. The staff are so polite, very helpful,always smiling

I have visited Sharm many times, but this hotel continues to stand out as the best. It is peaceful, elegant and designed for genuine relaxation. The grounds are lush and welcoming, and the sunrise over the Red Sea is truly spectacular. The beach is clean and calm with excellent snorkelling, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available, even later in the morning. The pool area is spotless, well organised and ideal for cooling off or enjoying a quiet afternoon. My room was comfortable and very well maintained, with granite bathroom finishes that added a touch of quality not often found in standard hotel rooms. The food throughout the stay was consistently excellent. The buffet offered a wide range of fresh dishes, including breads, soups, appetisers, a carvery, pasta, salads, themed evenings and an outdoor barbecue every night. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and good coffee, all carefully prepared and far better than the usual bland all-inclusive choices. What truly sets Stella di Mare apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, smiling and eager to help, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I would particularly like to mention Mr Salah at reception for his welcoming professionalism and for the many things he did to make my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be back.

We spent 10 days in Stella di Mare in October. Hotel is superb. Grounds are immaculate and cared for every day. Rooms, hallways, all places were very clean and well kept. When we arrived at 2:30 in the morning, we were greeted with a smile and “welcome home! We have been waiting for you!”, which felt very nice. The coral reef (part of the reason why we booked this hotel) didn’t disappoint. One tip, go early in the morning or closer to 5:00pm to see the best variety of fish. Food was really good too, with different themes every night. Two minor problems with the hotel: we couldn’t find space in the restaurant easily - it’s always very crowded; and waiters didn’t look like they really enjoyed their jobs. But, overall it was great

The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional, and they are not qualified to provide a good level of service for this hotel. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the management was understanding and quick to solve any issues. I really hope they find a solution to improve the reception service. Honestly, I will not repeat my stay at this hotel.
