Staff is so friendly. Resort is amazing. Lots to see and do. Great views. Be great if the Sargassum wasn’t as bad but it is the ocean. Nothing you can do. They did take it every morning which was good.

Property is above average...location is horrible. Very ghetto once you step off of property onto broadwalk. Would never stay here again. Recommend ft lauderdale..about a 20 min drive. Totally different class of people of all ages. I thought it would be a young crowd and pleasantly surprised...do not stay here in hollywood. Food overpriced...no entertainment most of the week. Was told they cut back entertainment due to lack of guests. Somewhere restaurant food was the worst. Other restaurants, margaritaville and landshark was good. Drinks start off at $14 and they are very small.

From the valet, to the pool/beach attendants to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience for the 3 nights we stayed. The boardwalk location is perfect, we didn’t need to leave the area the entire visit and walked everywhere. We would recommend it for families and couples. The 3 pools were a huge plus! The room service was always exceptional and so convenient.

Everything was great, except that the AC unit in the bedroom was knocking constantly. The one in the other room was normal. I wasnt staying long enough to move rooms, so i just turned it off and lowered the one in the other room.

The only negative is not providing late checkout. Wouldn’t give me an hour extra but offered extended stay for additional 5 hours for $150. For this reason I may not return. Too many competing hotels that are willing to provide an hour for late checkout costing the same amount.
