Room was not Bert clean - shower was dirty and counter top had toothpaste on it from another guest. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day earlier and tried to see if we could get a partial refund and was told only if someone booked our room so basically we weren’t getting anything. I was hoping for a little compassion.

Decent hotel in a great location

Room was comfortable and clean. One elevator was broken the entirety of my stay which made waits long. The sink didn’t have enough space for makeup and other toiletries. There were not adequate towel racks in the bathroom.

Some challenges but we will be back.

Our first night was unpleasant. We were on the 8th floor and we could hear a rumble and vibration from the roof equipment all night long. We were moved to another room which we greatly appreciated and slept quite well. There was a hassle getting the shower water to regulate. The bathtub was easily regulated but every time we turned on the shower head it would be one extreme or the other, never balanced. On a positive note, the housekeeping was excellent.
