Amazing hotel with an beautiful view in every room. Onsen is very good and clean. Need a car to go there from Tonosho port. They have an amazing pool during summer time.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Really good stay. Very helpful staff at check-in desk assisted with bus and boat times. Breakfast good, and good value. Excellent Onsen. Dinner options in hotel a little limited although staff helped find a restaurant nearby.

All great except for the food

The hotel is a little old and could do with some renovations. Otherwise the room is very comfy and has a fantastic view. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The onsen was great. The only downside is the food - our reservation included dinner and we were expecting a traditional Japanese set dinner (similar to what we usually get for this type of hotel) but instead we got a cheap buffet which the hotel had for the big tour groups ... and inadequate refills. Same goes with breakfast! That smeared all the good points for this hotel .....

2泊3日滞在、ベッドの部屋にしたが作りが古い為ベッド周りにコンセントが無く不便だった。 畳の小上がりがあるが、段差があるのでそこでゆっくりすることが無かった。テレビがベッドの前なのも畳にいかない原因だと思う。 初日夜の露天風呂は何処からか醤油の香りがした。 朝、露天風呂に行ったら鳩が行水していて入るのをやめた。おそらく習慣的に鳩がいるんでしょうね…

連泊サービスとして夕飯時に豪華な一品を連日ご用意いただき、驚きました。大変美味しくいただきました。スタッフの全員が礼儀正しく気持ちよかったです。強いて言うなら部屋に等身大の鏡の設置があるといいなあと思いました。また、いつもチェックアウトの際に記念写真を撮って下さる様お願いするのですが、皆さんお忙しそうでお願いできずホテルの外観だけ撮って帰りました。そこが心残りな点です。

ベイリゾートホテル小豆島よかったです！

朝食、夕食ともバイキング食べ放題で品切れなし。アルコールも飲み放題。連泊の二日目の夕食では鮑の蒸し焼きをいただいた！ 客室もきれい、浴衣を好みのものに毎日取り替えできた。タオルも同様。12階の大浴場は眺め良く、露天風呂も気持ちよかった。
