My husband and I have just spent 15 wonderful nights at this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt special and welcomed. The room was pleasant with a lovely outlook over the pool. Good A/C comfortable bed and clean. Bottled water was provided everyday. Then onto the food from the breakfast buffet to the Sunset lounge the food was exceptional. Thank you to all the chefs that work behind the scenes, it was incredible. 4 restaurants to choose from if you wanted to dine in. Every day we were greeted with smiles and asked if we needed help with bookings or transport and at the end of the day greeted with 'welcome home". If your looking for a relaxing affordable holiday with exceptional accomodation Borei Angkor is highly recommended by us. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

The Borei is a great property and the staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, but is mostly the same each day (still many choices). The facilities are nice (pool, sauna & hot tub, & the wt room). Everything closes down at 10p, and meals (along with guest services) are a little pricey. Overall, was a good experience and I would recommend.

The property looked nice in the pictures. However, it is quite old and outdated inside, especially the rooms. I paid a higher rate than my friends who booked through a travel agent, and yet I was given a very basic room compared to the others. Our Cambodian friend also booked on her own through another website paid the lowest price amongst us and yet was given the best room on the top floor of the hotel! The dining room staff were very nice and pleasant! Otherwise. It was not a very enjoyable experience!!

5/5 The best hotel in Siem Reap!

This was a return trip to Borei. We were so impressed with the hotel in our first trip, we decided to come for a 12 day trip. Your staff are amazing. Always smiling always happy to help. The hotel is well appointed with regard to Pub Street, the temples and the Angkor Museum. We cannot fault you in any way at all. Just high praise and 5/5 for everything. Thank for a wonderful holiday!

The staff is exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. The pool area requires better attention as some days there weren’t enough chairs for guests. Also, the pool area requires attention as it is a concrete area without much Cambodian beauty. Be careful and take a flashlight to the gym if you’re an early riser. No lite pathway. We would stay at the hotel again.
