The only issue we had is that we requested at check in a wake up call for 3:30am for an international flight. Good thing we set phone alarms because the call never came. The shuttle bus also doesn’t come by until almost 5am when we started boarding at 5:20. We had to use another option

Although near the airport, it was relatively quiet. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest train station - Mascot. The staff were very professional and courteous including Joshua at reception, Maria who worked in the restaurant and those who cleaned my room. Affordable shuttle service to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Property itself is clean and safe. The car wash across the road is not the best thing to see when one walks into or out of the hotel. Breakfast is great, although the eating area can become a little pack at times! Friendly staff!

We spent 1 night at this location after a cruise. We arrived very early and the room wasnt ready but the front desk agent followed up for us and when the room became available he found us and checked us in. Room was exactly as described and clean. Breakfast was tasty as well.
