Easy Stay at Sydney Airport

We spent two comfortable nights at this hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport is handy for staying here. It is also just a short walk to the Mascot train station and shopping precinct. The room has good basic amenities and the breakfast is great.

We arrived at 930pm after a flight from Japan.the booking area and food area were in disarray as 2 staff members were trying to book people in, serve food, drinks etc !! people were waiting for food for extended times...travellers from all over the world. We cleared dirty dishes from a number of tables. The food when it arrived was below standard. (McCann pizza at a guess). After the great experience we had in Japan it was embarassing to witness. we have stayed at this hotel 4 times before but won't be returning.

The property is conveniently located close to the domestic airport. I had to wait a while to check in at a time it wasn't busy due to only 2 staff Manning the desk and providing drinks. When I checked in, my room was missing items like towels and sheets. It took a while and follow for it to be resolved. Otherwise, good
