Overall the room is nice and clean, but I didn't like the free Wi-fi was quite unstable and a bit slow. There wasn't much dining options in and around the mall that interested me.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. On the last day of my stay, around 6:00 AM, a stranger entered my room without permission. I was shocked and asked who he was, but he just stared at me for a few seconds and left without saying anything. I immediately called the reception and reported the incident. The hotel staff promised to investigate and said they would email me within a week, but I never received any follow-up or explanation. Both the security and the customer service were extremely disappointing. A hotel that cannot ensure basic safety is unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Fridge, safe, hair dryer and even soap dispenser at the sink wasn’t working. Did manage to get all fixed except hair dryer which we didn’t bother with. Gym aircon also not particularly conducive. Bad experience. As a regular, I am utterly disappointed this time. During the first night. At 2+am. I heard loud noise coming from above floor and it last for 2 hours. It sounds like some work is carry out. So we get to sleep only near dawn. Was trying to use the house phone to call customer service but both phone is not working. The bar fridge is also not cold at all. Next day went to customer service to feedback on this, and he promise to send tech to verify. But when we are back, nothing has been done. I request for high floor as I wanna admire at the scenery but I can’t. The window is full of thick dust. When look thru the window, it seems like going to rain but actually is sunny day. Cus the dust is so thick that it blur up the vision. The air con control panel display is so dim it can hardly be seen. Hope the management can look into this matter and do some thing about it.
