Amazing pool and rooftop bar, ice bath, steam and sauna awesome, rooms great, mirrored surfaces need cleaning better, most of the top rooms are infront of the lifts and thus super noisy, switch panels need covering at night for blackout.

Second time staying here, always such a nice stay. Best location. Pool area is so nice and relaxing and the sauna and cold plunge room is so beautiful it’s like a mini soak spa Rooms are a such a good size. Bathroom is also so spacious with seperate jet bubble bath and shower. Staff and lovely and accommodating So much to do in the hotel and the area around. 10:10

"I still feel the hotel needs more attention to detail. Maybe it’s just me, but I notice small things that aren’t done, and with a price tag like Emporium’s, everything should be flawless. The glasses in the bathrooms were cracked, my bed wasn’t made one day, and they provided body lotion in the shower but no body soap. These little things really stood out."

Loved the modern, luxurious feel of this hotel. The video screens in the elevators were so quirky and unique. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. Belle Epoque had the most incredible blueberry pancakes with lemon curd, persian fairy floss and pistachios. I had the best nights sleep ever, and loved the mirror/tv screen. Totally recommend!

Great Location

Some people will love the decor, some people may not but this is an exceptionally comfortable hotel in a great location for the Air Train, restaurants of South Bank and exploring Brisbane.

Booked the Pool Cabana room for $1100 a night - Such loud music outside room until late. Terrible service. Everything delayed luggage to room, no assistance to find entrance into hotel room - which is off the pool also and not at all private. Nightmare room for the cost. Overrated hotel
