One night staycation with the wife so we could bar hop downtown. The location could not have been more perfect. Immaculate building and room. Stayed in standard King room city view. Nicely appointed and beautiful decor. We tried to visit the Treasury bar but they were full so I can't speak to that but it looked very classy. Parking is limited next to the building so you'll likely need to find street parking, or on weekends at the bank across the street. This will for sure be our go to when staying in town, highly recommend.

It was a great property, but parking was difficult. and our room was so cold, we ended up having to move rooms because "this is a known issue in this room", so why were we even put in it? We were leaving in 10 mins for a concert, so we had to move all of our things to a new room when we returned that night. It was an ordeal.

Overrated, overpriced, no microwave, coffee condiments no decaf, very low quality options, No continental breakfast and an overpriced coffee bar with pastry’s, very poor quality ice, very street noisy (no sleeping) ear plugs needed, robes provided very very small and very rough along with the towels. No room service at all, no movie options unless you paid a bunch extra, 44 channels. Valet employees were incredible and helpful. The hotel is beautiful especially for how old it is and we loved the historic building. We had wanted to experience downtown Sioux Falls and the hype about Hotel on Phillips. Very disappointed but got it off our list of things we wanted to experience.

If you are looking for a hotel downtown that’s within walking distance of places to eat, drink, and entertainment, this is the place for you. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are great, and the robes are a plus!

The Hotel on Phillips is a beautiful property with a great restaurant on site. Our room was beautifully styled and quite comfortable for just the two of us. The parking lot available for hotel guests is not large, and we had to park on the street at a meter, as it was full when we arrived. This was fine as the meter didn't run after 5pm, but we had to put some time on it before we checked out the next morning. The hotel is in downtown Sioux Falls within walking distance to Falls Park. Our only complaint from our stay is that even on the 7th floor, we could hear all sorts of noise from the street level below - people laughing raucously and cars showboating, etc. A bit of noise-proofing on the windows would not be a bad idea!

This place was super cool. An actual bank vault to walk through! Room was beautiful. Upon leaving in the morning the staff member went through the John Dillinger story..gave some good info & was super friendly. We walked down to the bars with ease. I would recommend this place 100%.
