I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The amenities were top-notch, . The location was perfect, close to train station, mall and stadyum. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip!”

Clean hotel and clean rooms. I would put this on the level of 4-star hotels, with cleanliness and quality being highly rated. Staff service is also very excellent and accomodating. Breakfast was included and a tremendous buffet of options was offered, all of which were fresh, clean, appealing, and delicious! I highly recommend this property.

Never Green Park Sivas again

This hotel recently changed owner and name from Hilton to Green Park. When we checked in we found out the pool was closed for maintenance but was later told it was closed because the hotel was low on capacity. One night we tried the restaurant on the top but it was awful. We ordered a medium steak but it was more than well done. The air condition didn’t work and I had to call several times before the hot water worked. when we checked out we ask for a late check out and even though the hotelwas empty all they could offers was 30 minutes. Next time I visit SivasI will find another hotel where they at least know how to treat a guest .
