Amazing Hotel

Breakfast was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Location was great and we felt very safe in the area. Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind!

Had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. Location is right by City Hall - very walkable and central to everything and right by public transportation. You definitely will see a lot of homeless people in the area at night, so if that's a concern you may want to stay more in Old City. Hotel was clean and check in and other service was great. Only time we had to ask the front desk for something it was handled quickly. There was one (late) morning we couldn't shower as they were fixing a pipe leak, but that still doesnt impact my review. Rooms were nice - ours had a lovely view of City Hall - staff were friendly, and as others mentioned the breakfast was quite nice. Gym was also great. I would stay here again!

Room (single queen) was generally comfortable. Breakfast eaxh day was typical breakfast for an included breakfast. On a positive side, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the A/C never quite got the room as cool as the setting on the thermostat. There was some debris on the carpet from an earlier person, like part of a plastic fastener and some small shreded paper. I would stay again, but I would be more assertive to get the room cleaned more thoroughly.

Very noisy by motorcycle at night. It’s a pet friendly hotel and we had a bad experience with a small dog next to our room and he barked for hours. However staff did respond to the noise complaints.

I had lost this reservation in my inbox, and was never informed about my upcoming stay or a way to cancel it before I was charged for it. I was dealing with death in the family. So, I was never contacted by the hotel until I was asked on this survey how my stay was. My stay didn’t happen, I paid for it anyway, and was provided no outreach from the property before I could have canceled it w/o monetary penalty`other than asking about what I thought of about my non-existent stay. I don’t recommend Travelocity or this hotel.

Continental breakfast gave both of us food poisoning. Visited from Virginia and couldn’t even make it out of Pennsylvania without having to stop and tend to our sickness. Dining area was crowded with poor logistics.
