Check in was pleasant and the room was small but clean. Hotel is conveniently located, but as we are checking out, someone had to smart off to my daughter about leaning on a couch that she wasn't even touching. Funny how just a few words can ruin your stay.

The hotel is clean and beautiful and in close proximity to subway. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was the breakfast was very crowded and ran out of food items both days I was there.

The room was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of where we wanted to be. Times Square, the Rockefeller Center and theater. We just thought the room was a little small for the price we paid. That is why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Hotel was a few blocks from Times Square and offered a friendly staff, exceptionally friendly doorman, clean rooms refreshed daily, and wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet that had everything you could ever want to choose from.
