Skip it. Go anywhere else.

The air conditioning did not work. The bath and facial tissue was so thin it fell apart. The shower was impossible and leaked everywhere. We were told we could change rooms at inconvenient times that we would be out in the city. No effort was made to correct this miserable overpriced experience. The TV randomly came in at all hours while we were sleeping.

Reminds me of Citizen M properties. I liked the sleek, simple hotel rooms. I didnt know the parking facility was 4 streets away. No notification for this. All i saw was the $45 price under Pricing in my reservation. I alao didnt know everyone in my party need to check-in with an I.D. I ended up getting a parking ticket bc they all had to come in with me. By the time we finished checking in, we got back to the car and i had been slapped with a ticket. Ridiculous! How else was I supposed to do this with no notification?

Best hotel stay Ive had in years of traveling to NYC. Fabulous buffet breakfast, with hot and cold items. Delicious and so convenient! Area was excellent, walking distance to theater, top rated restaurants for dinner

I did not like the breakfast set up, it was so crowded the lines were super long. The servers were in a hurry for us to sit and eat. I wish coffee and juice were served, it is a $450-$500 per night stay, I don't understand why at least coffee and juice is not served. We asked for a window seat on the second day of breakfast and they gave us a table in the middle and with a view of white glass not to mention how uncomfortable it was to sit by other people so close!

The service was good, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean however there was a space in between the door and the floor so we heard all the doors slaming very early in the morning, it unfortunately affected a lot our sleep.

The air conditioning in my room did not work, it was on for hours and the temp stayed at 75. Also the light on the hair dryer was exceptionally bright and couldn't be turned off. Other than that the hotel was great
