The staff at the buffet breakfast was exceptionally excellent in all respects. The room was not to my liking. The bathroom design was horrible. Translucent walls? A barn door that doesn’t shut tight or lock. If we were a couple it would be ok. I was traveling with my 17 year old grandson. Not a good design. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

I don't understand what the resort fees went for. Long lines for breakfast. They give you two bottles of water at check-in but don't give you more if you're staying there for several days. Shouldn't the resort fee go towards that sort of thing? No ice machines or bottle refill stations.

Was a nice hotel, near to the theater we came to town for, with decent restaurants nearby. Room was spacious by NYC standards. Very clean.

The property was clean and run well. The room was a bit tight, but fine overall. The toilet seemed very big and was not comfortable to sit upon. The shower heat would fluctuate quite a bit at times, probably when others flushed the toilet or something like that.
