When I went there with my family on a Wednesday, it was very quiet both for the hotel and the surroundings. We were the only customers there on the first day. The hotel was nice and the area it was at was very good, it was peaceful and enjoyable. However the breakfast was very lacking, with poor portions and no meat served!

GemĂŒtliches Hotel/Pension in ganz schöner ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. WC Dusche auf dem Flur, ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und ein mit viel Liebe angerichtetes FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet mit unschlagbar leckeren selbst gebackenen Brot.Drei nette LokalitĂ€ten 700m entfernt unten am Hafen. StÀdningen var bra, dock hade vi en stor glipa mellan dörren och dörrkarmen. Fick stÀlla resevÀskan för , sÄ ljuset inte skulle lysa in nÀr man skulle sova. Hotell frukosten var ok men den bestod av bröd och yoghurt..

Ett trevligt pensionat

Pensionat Strandhagen ligger ca 100 meter frÄn Kalmarsund med bara en grÀsmatta mellan huset och vattnet. PÄ grÀsmattan finns stolar och gungor för barnen. Bilen parkeras kostnadsfritt utanför byggnaden och det fanns tillrÀckligt med platser dÄ vi var dÀr. Eftersom det Àr ett pensionat och inte ett hotell Àr upplÀgget lite annorlunda. Det Àr gemensamma utrymmen för mat, fika och eventuellt TV-tittande. En tanke Àr att umgÄs med övriga gÀster och koppla av, kanske med en bok. Rummen Àr till för att sova i. Att de dÀrför Àr ganska smÄ, Ätminstone det vi bodde i, spelar mindre roll. Vi Ät enbart frukost men det var god och tillrÀckligt omfattande. Sammanfattningsvis ett trevligt boende som vi gÀrna Äterkommer till.
