The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. We booked an upgraded room with access to a lounge, which was great as we’d had a long haul flight and just needed something light before bed. The lounge access in the evening meant we could get some delicious snacks and drinks. Whilst the hotel don’t do an airport shuttle, there are numerous options to get to the airport. We tried the electric car transfer and the bus on different occasions. The buses stop just across the road from the hotel and drop either inside T2/3 or T5 so very convenient. We would certainly use this hotel again when flying to/from Heathrow.

Great location to both Heathrow & Windsor Castle. Comfy rooms, beautiful breakfast, stellar gym, bar & restaurant on site - plus laundry service avaiable! We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

They cancelled our reservation without informing us. We found out when we called on our way there. They did not give a reason why they cancelled it. We were basically stranded there. Very bad experience.
