The buffet was quite good but had no fish or seafood which is odd for a country so surrounded by water. I did not like limited food options at Lobby bar, which was only salty snacks like chips and nuts. I did not like the early check in fee for a room that was ready (my traveling companion had this), the broken espresso machine that made for long lines. It was also not especially convenient to the Metro. But for someone going to Tivoli it was very convenient.

Good location, not too far from 2 train stations. Fairly clean room. The AC in our room wasn’t working and took too long to find another room. Nothing given for the inconvenience of changing rooms. No phones in the room, so can’t call for housekeeping. Had to request room cleaning each day at the front desk (which had long line ups all the time), so there is no daily cleaning/service. And although we requested cleaning and was told our room would be cleaned, it wasn’t. So had to go back downstairs and wait again for towels. Very annoying. Don’t think they value overall customer experience that much. Basic hotel, room was clean and bedding comfortable except pillows were too soft, amenities included a sauna. Liked that they allowed us to use the lobby to eat and have a drink outside of their restaurant and bar (no purchase necessary).

Good location and walkable to major attractions or bus stops / train stations. There is no phone provided in the room so if there is an issue you have to go up and down to get things resolved. We had 4 people in our room and received more hand towels then bath towels. We had to request to get our rooms cleaned each day from the front desk. Our room wasn't cleaned one day which was very annoying and I had to go up and down to get it resolved. Pillows are awful and you wake up in pain. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and a decent size for the 4 of us to fit in it. Breakfast was good but I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant which we felt was poor. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Tivoli, the metro, or train station.

We arrived early and although our room was ready charged a fee. I found that unacceptable. I’ve traveled the world and have never been charged a fee once the room was available. I understand paying for a late check out because of the cleaning staff. Overall, the room was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Good, but minimal

The room was smaller than a cruise ship cabin. No wash rags or kleenex in the room. Staff was great - provided recommendations for eating places in the surrounding area and stored our baggage until check-in time when we arrived early

We added this one-night stay after our flight from the USA was changed to a day earlier than originally planned. Scenic Copenhagen has a good location and we enjoyed walking around the nearby lake to get some exercise after a long flight.... after a while in the vicinity for a group tour, we realize what a great location it is.
