Newly remodeled and furnished two bedroom - 1 1/2 bath duplex just steps from the Atlantic. Ground floor entrance with large closet for beach items. Large storage room for safely securing any of your vacation equipment and has secondary refrigerator.
Second floor has large family room with smart tv over fireplace. Queen sleeper sofa and over-sized chair containing twin sleeper. Access to rear covered screened-in porch with two person swing. Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances and kitchen table. Also located on living floor is stacked washer/dryer and powder room.
Top floor has a king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both have decks that provide great views of the surrounding area including ocean views. Large bathroom with double vanity.
There's an outside shower for easy sand removal and propane grill.
You also have access to community dock to launch kayaks, paddle board, fishing and crabbing.(this equipment is not supplied)
*Please note at the current time we do not offer bed linens and bath towels.
Beach access is located on Myrtle Dr which is just steps away. No need to load the car.

The location is perfect with beautiful views of both the sound and the ocean from the decks. Short walk to the beach and a beautiful sound side dock with views of the sunset. Close to restaurants and shops, fully stocked with all you could need. We had a very relaxing time and plan to be back soon. Richard was an excellent host, one of the best we have experienced with VRBO rentals. He was very prompt and responsive to communication and very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location!

The location is excellent, super easy to get to the beach and great deck views.Plenty of room for everyone and the dog too! There was a lot to use in the garage as well, which was super convenient! Rich was great at communicating and responding. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely amazing! So nicely decorated, close to beach, easy access to the property… We did not want to leave! Rich could not have been a better host! We didn’t need any support but happened to run into him a few times and a nicer guy, you’ll never meet for sure! We would definitely love to come back again… Maybe even later this summer. Sunset silver waterway marsh/morning coffee ocean views

Our stay was perfect! Attention to every detail of a tent, wagon, and chairs, beach games/basement games and lovely fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and spotlessly clean home made this stay dreamy for an active teen kids family with dog. But the best part was the 4 porches of waterway marsh AND ocean views. We could have spent all of our time rotating through porches and the different views. Thank you so much!

First Beach Vacation

The area was perfect. It wasn't in walking distance to shops, but the beach was across the street. The beach was quiet and peaceful. The park about 3 miles away was a beautiful place to play basketball and tennis. The home itself was well kept, comfortable and had great views. The water pressure was great!!!!! Having the outdoor shower was also a plus. We loved our trip.

Home away from home

This was our third year in a row staying in this location for our annual family vacation. Rich is a perfect host and the house is fully loaded with everything you need. I especially love having two fridges really helps keeping everything cool. Topsail is an amazing beach with a few min walk to the public access. House has chairs and covers with lots of games as well. This is the perfect house with a great host who is always so fast to respond if you ever need anything.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful accommodations! We had the BEST time! Rich is a wonderful attentive host. Home is steps away from the beach. We certainly will come back to this home..and I have never felt before the need to return to the exact same spot for a vacation! Everything was perfect! Great beach week

This property was exactly what we needed for a great week at the beach. It was very clean and well stocked. The beach access is a short walk from the house. We loved all of the decks. Our favorite was the screened porch with a view of the ocean and a swing. We plan to be back!

Awesome!!

Lovely Home & Awesome Host

If you’re looking to book this lovely home - do it!! We had the greatest week here and would recommend to anyone. The house was clean, cozy, and steps from the beach - with a lot of great beach accessories as well. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view from the top balconies were beautiful. Rich was a very caring and communicative host and the check in/out process was very easy. We can’t wait to stay again!

The best vacation experience we have ever had!

First off the property was absolutely immaculate. I am a bit of a germaphobe and there was no dust or dirt to be found anywhere. The views were great and the property was in a great location. I can’t say enough good things about Richard! He was an awesome host! We were coming down during a hurricane and he kept an open line of communication with a quick response to all of our questions. He even wanted us to check in when we got there to make sure that we were safe! He made everything so easy! We will definitely be returning!

Great place!

Clean, well-maintained place that is in a great location. We had a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner was very responsive and helpful to get everything in place. Our family very much enjoyed the stay and we are already thinking about coming back!
