Everything unique was bad. Got there at 2pm for a 3pm check in. In 50 plus years of traveling if the room was ready I could check in. Here, they say to me 25 dollars for early check in. I go what? After I complained another person said she would waive the fee. Any other place if the room was ready your in. They advertised a whirlpool. There was one when it was a Hilton. It is now a rock garden! I asked if there was a fee for early check in did I get money for a 6am checkout. Guess what the answer was? Never saw worse customer service in hospitality in my life! Stay someplace else!

Nice place for a decent price. Had bidet and was quiet. Only stayed one night. Lobby was nice with a sit down breakfast menu and attached Japanese restaurant. Also had in-house cafe that did chai lattes and such.

This was the absolute worst experience. I reached out to the hotel for 24hrs. Not ONCE did they answet the phone. I then reached out to management, Brian, prior to our stay. I had questions. He replied once and stopped replying. I emailed him 9ver and over and he woyld not reply. Wheb we got to the hotel, the computers were down. We coyldnt check in. While waiting for our key so many customers were infuriated. The keys weren't available until 7pm. The pool never had towels, the left kitchen towels so each person would grab 6,7 towels to dry off. I cut my toe in tehor poll because pieces of the pool were breaking off and falling into the pool. There was a convention, I asked the girl at the front desk if there was a convention and she assured me there wasnt.well there was and it was total chaos.I can go on and on. Things happen but the way Brian (management) disregarded our concerns and the conditions were unacceptable. When in the pool, I spike to 2 couples that had nothing but complaints. I asked the cleaning staff for towels to shower because we used our room towels in the pool. The said, and I quote THERE ARE NO CLEAN TOWELS IN THE HOTEL YO NEED TO TALK TO THE FRONT DESK. Save your money!
