The staff were always on hand to help and very polite and welcoming. The room was lovely and it was great having the air con. Breakfast was nice, although if you're looking for a full English they don't provide that there. Had a lovely dining area to sit and eat. Great place to stay and would highly recommend staying there.

Frustrated by the experience of staying here. No tea/coffee making facilities and the shower didn’t work properly. The highlight was the lovely fluffy bath towel after the disappointing shower! I won’t return.

We stayed here for a few days while in Edinburgh and loved it! It was clean, the staff was super friendly, and there was a nice big common area on the main floor by the bar. The hotel is also a short walk from the rail station which made it super easy and convenient to get around Edinburgh easily!
