Property overall was great. Staff was very friendly. All food options we delicious and the pool was great. Walkable into Sorrento and was not hard to find. Only item to note was the beds/pillows were terrible. Zero support at all. I would stay here again but only if knowing the beds were newer.

I loved this hotel so much. You have to walk about to the city center but there is a shortcut make sure you ask. The hotel is phenomenal more like a 5 stars. The pool the rooftop, the restaurants wow they were fantastic. It’s perfect for families!!! Rooms are huge, elevators huge! So so pretty too! Also, they even make their own olive oil! I can’t recommend this place enough

Beautiful hotel but not worth the money we spent for it compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Nothing near this hotel. They should offer a shuttle into town but don’t . Very hard to get a taxi back. Restaurants terrible. Over priced, small portions and not good overall. Will not stay there again

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton in Sorrento and would definitely come back. The location is perfect, right near all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and we loved that there were so many food options; whether by the pool, on the terrace, or on the rooftop with stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, even scheduling a private driver to take us to our next destination in Positano. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento!
