I checked out and asked for a refund. I then booked another room at the Radisson. I need a refund for my second night please.

I had to switch my first room because I saw a roach, and in the other room they gave me I saw 2 more a day later. I left early but he refused to give me a refund for the bad stay.

They don’t serve the rooms well. The room has no shampoo and When you ask for shampoo they give you conditioner and body lotion instead of shampoo as if they just want to give you anything to keep your mouth shut and don’t ask for other stuff. Pillows have bad smell and corridors are full of smoke from cigarettes and weed.

You get what you pay for........

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the two women at the counter. Both of them were amazing! They were the best part of the stay because they were so polite and accommodating. However, I realized that the hotel smelled like cigarettes. This smell was all throughout the halls. When I got to my room, it had a much more pleasant smell, but I did see and kill several roaches in the hotel room and in the bathroom. There were also no dishes of any kind in the kitchen area and the water at the kitchen sink didn't work. In the bathroom, the area on the cabinet (next to the toilet) had not been cleaned. There were splashes of something all over it. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were empty and extremely old.

I stayed for two nights for sweetest day weekend. The outside of the hotel is nice but once inside the room was dirty. The only reason we stayed was because we paid for the accommodations weeks in advance and didn’t have the funds to stay anywhere else because everything was so expensive. The room was very run down with stains on the walls, ceilings, and floors. The room came with two TVs but the bedroom TV was missing the remote so we were unable to change the TV. Because of how dirty the furniture was, I didn’t want to sit on the couch or chairs. This is an extended stay so people live there with their pets so we heard dogs during the night. People were walking around with no shoes or socks on in the hotel and the elevator was filthy . This just wasn’t my cup of tea but if your looking for somewhere affordable with low expectations, this is your spot

Room was still a little dirty when I Checked into some things were visibly dirty such as lamp stand next to the bed it was sticky I had to wipe it down myself to use it. The bathroom was missing all essential shower products.
