Room was spotless and beautiful. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to trying to find time to return and enjoy it again.

We used an Uber so didn't park, but the Bistro in the lobby was great! Getting home after a long day at the FFA Convention, it was nice to have a limited bar in the lobby to grab a drink and head to your room. It was also great having delicious coffee in the morning on yoir way to another long fun packed day! The staff was all very friendly!

Everything was amazing! VERY CLEAN! Friendly staff and many on-site (within the hotel building) services. Plus within walking distance many nice restaurants. Parking later in the evening was easy.. Overall the building itself was very cool! Historical value was kept, while providing modern ammenities and renovations. Very nicely decorated.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and quick with the service, even at a very late hour. The shuttle was fast and easy.

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect. The food was delicious and the Manger's Reception was a nice touch. We will be staying here next time we're in Indianapolis, Indiana.
