Disappointed to see the level of customer service drop to levels I haven’t seen before. Receptionist rude. Housekeeping no-show. Requested room to be cleaned - declined. Maybe this is the new norm for Hampton Inn but certainly not what I’ll be booking again.

Service at the hotel was not good. Our room did not clean for 2 days and when we asked for it. No apologies. Given a trash bag to empty out trash from our room. Horrible.
