The large deck off the living and dining area overlooks the private beach of the North Shore. From the home, you not only have views of the lake but also of the lighthouse and pier.

INSIDE THE HOME
The main level offers a stunning master suite with a king bed, lake views, and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There are 2 other bedrooms located on the main floor featuring twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed in each of the bedrooms, with a full jack & jill full bathroom. The open-concept main floor features a large chef's kitchen, dining room, and living area that has spectacular views of the lake. The upper level features a loft with a twin trundle for additional sleeping and panoramic views of the water. Upstairs, you will also find another large bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Access the rooftop deck that has a gas grill and a lot of comfortable seating to watch the sunset. The lower level has something for your entire family to enjoy! There is a flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. There are several decks and patio areas outside that all showcase Lake Michigan. The owner's family is very allergic to pets; therefore, NO pets are considered at this home.

Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show have coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer.
