The room is very small and the air conditioner was blasting directly on the bed all night and was super loud. The room smelled like smoke. The wooden deck to get to second floor was sketchy and old.

We were put into the annex which we were unaware of. In the defense of the hotel, we booked that day we stayed. The room was clean but smelled musty. The beds were lumpy and not the most comfortable. We had to go to desk for shampoo. We walked to main hotel for breakfast

Rooms had a weird smell. The TV also was confusing since the paper did not have the correct channels that matches up to the guide. So we struggled to find something to watch. Was convenient and close to all the Grand Haven activities. The rooms were clean.

Staff was not very friendly the first day and we were not made aware of the auxillary building we could not use the pool or else we were walking in the pouring rain to get there room looked old flooring was lifting bad had to make sure to walk around the piece so we didnt trip. Was also not made aware of any times these were open (pool,breakfast,etc) nor where they were located. I am disappointed for the price we paid we were not even connected to the hotel itself.

Very clean and good location. Only downfall… when we arived there were no one at the reception area. Inran the bell and nothing. I walked to the back office to see if was someone around and the reception guy was folding towels. Seems like they are understaffed. But, overall great stay.
